The number of homeless people in San Francisco is the highest it’s been in a decade, according to a biennial city report released in July. The report counted 7,539 homeless people, including youth, compared with 7,350 in 2013.

This map identifies the locations of housing, shelters and referral centers where the city’s homeless population and people at risk might be able to find help. Clicking on each point on the map will show the name, address, hours and phone number of the location, among other information.
